Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At Yooksin, we take pride in crafting high-quality, safe, and durable toys. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

You can request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit.
  • Missing items: If your order is incomplete or a part of the product is missing.
  • An opening video is required for all claims.

For any of the above, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@yooksin.com with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. A brief description of the issue.
  4. An opening video is required for all claims.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., rattles, swaddles, teething toys, etc.)
  • Books & customized products
  • Products bought during sale or promotional offers
  • Products with minor packaging damage (if the product itself is intact and usable)

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide:

  • A replacement product (if eligible)
  • A store credit/voucher (valid for future purchases)

In case of a refund due to stock unavailability, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Replacements & Repairs

  • If eligible, we will arrange a free pickup and replacement.
  • If the item is repairable, we will assist you in getting it fixed at no additional cost, except for shipping charges.

Note: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, email us at support@yooksin.com or call +91-9611215017 within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
  • In rare cases, if an incorrect price or listing error occurs, Yooksin reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Wrong Address or Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional re-shipping charges will apply.

Disclaimer: All management decisions regarding disputes, refunds, or any other concerns shall be final and binding. Any legal matters arising in relation to our products, services, or transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
